Our Core Values & Principles

We Are Bridging the Gap Between Education and Industry For All

The Bee2Bee Network Apprenticeships Program partners with employers to design, develop and facilitate a customized apprenticeship program which will ultimately ensure that our apprentices are paid to learn new skills on-the-job while adding immediate improved performance and value for our employer partners.

Our apprenticeship model is membership based and mutually sustainable for both employers and apprentices because it does not require either party to make excessive reinvestments in up-skilling and updating industry certifications via traditional education models.

The Bee2Bee Network Apprenticeship Program is 100% virtual and offers employers the opportunity to find qualified candidates from all backgrounds.  More importantly, the program ensures diversity, equity, and inclusion within the technology industry and beyond by working with high school, college, and university students, through graduation including youth, veterans, foster youth, justice-involved individuals, and traditionally underserved groups such as women, people of color, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+ youth and rural communities.

Our Signature Registered Apprenticeship Programs are highly structured training programs that allow participants to:

  • “Earn as they learn” from day one!
  • Receive on-the-job training
  • Earn a nationally recognized credential
  • Learn from an experienced mentor
  • Earn a wage that increases with your experience
  • Gain a real-world understanding of the job

Why Learn Software/Web Development?

The management consulting firm McKinsey reports that 43% of enterprises are experiencing skill gaps. What’s more, the tech talent shortage could result in annual revenue losses of up to $162 billion by 2030, stalling innovation and progress. Tech-driven companies pay higher wages than those in other sectors, but the actual numbers vary based on a candidate’s work experience, skills, and location.
